| This home was the second Rose Bros home built for this client. Its appeal was the flat contour of the land. Their first home was built on one of our steeper sites. It offers unique characteristics such as split levels, with high 10ft ceilings and timber panelling on the walls. It has 4 bedrooms with a study, ensuite and bathroom and formal lounge. This home is available for inspection by appointment only. |

| This Home was based on the previous Home mentioned. The Owners were so impressed by the features of the above mentioned home, they wanted a design similar. We accommodated their request and only slightly changed the design, to achieve the correct floor levels, and the most aesthetically pleasing aspect. |
